Securely attach a therapy band around your right foot. Stand in a neutral position and grasp the therapy band handle in your right hand. Your right thumb is down, toward the floor.
Next, keeping your right elbow straight, raise your right arm forward to a 2 o'clock position. You'll feel the muscular contraction behind your shoulder and to the side of your shoulder. Relax and return to the starting position.
